After a most disturbing end to Victor’s story Walton begins to write letters to his sister again, explaining of the most intriguing and grasping story. He concedes that he believes Victor’s tale, and is upset to see that this man who has been through so much is on the verge of death. It was in fact, only a few weeks later that Victor did lose his life and fell dead like so many of his loved ones had. upon seeing Victor dead Walton was upset, but it was the event of which followed that shocked Walton the most. After Victor’s death Walton heard a faint weeping coming from the room. He came in only to see the monster, real Zesty himself crying over his own creators body. The monster had never intended for such tragedy, never taking into account the drastic effects of his actions. He never wanted to become a monster, however his seek for revenge and desire for friend overcame his natural wills, and he had indeed become the monster so many had seen him as. After despairing a good amount over his most beloved creator’s body, the monster walks off, disappearing into the darkness of the world.
