The Role of Women in Solving Controversial Issues in the Early 1800’s
In the early and mid eighteen hundreds women started to make a face in the controversial problems of their time period. It was the beginning of a new age, and with the rebellion for slavery and women’s rights women were starting to speak up for their and also the rights of blacks. They began to create campaigns and societies of which they would gather large groups of people to inscribe their fight. The movement started out small, and many women who rebelled were frowned upon in society. But the women did not give up, and as they continued to rebel, more and more people started to join their fight. During this time period women made a great impact on the world, defending themselves and others in order to create a more fair society.
